1. Eligibility
1.1 The Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Ireland, except employees and immediate family members of Seven Mills / Cairn and its affiliates.

2. Giveaway Period
2.1 The Giveaway begins on Tuesday March 25th, 2025, at 11:30 AM (Irish Standard Time) and ends on Tuesday April 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
a) Like the Giveaway post on @SevenMills_dublin.
b) Tell us your favourite store or venue in Liffey Valley in the comments section of the Giveaway post. And tag a friend in the comments.
c) Follow @SevenMills_dublin if not already following.

4. Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
4.2 The winner will be announced on Wednesday April 9th via a new post on @SevenMills_dublin and will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram.
4.3 The winner must respond to the direct message within 72 hours of being notified. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize for this Giveaway is a €500 Liffey Valley Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5.2 Seven Mills reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Publicity
6.1 By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Seven Mills to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or consent.

7. Disqualification
7.1 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
7.2 Seven Mills reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Seven Mills and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical failures that may occur during the Giveaway.
8.2 By participating in the Giveaway, participants release Seven Mills from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law
9.1 The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.

10. Privacy
10.1 Personal information collected from participants during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Sponsor
11.1 The Giveaway is sponsored by Seven Mills, located at: Cairn Homes, 45 Mespil Road, Dublin 4.

By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Seven Mills reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason.
