Some benefits of a
Seven Mills home
Each home is A2 rated with ground pump zoned heating systems, high levels of roof, wall, and floor insulation plus internal pipe insulation to reduce heat loss. This not only makes these some of the most energy efficient homes in Dublin, but lowers your carbon footprint too.
Another advantage of an A2 rating is that every home in Seven Mills will qualify for a special Green Mortgage that comes with a lower interest rate.
Many will also qualify for Help to Buy and First Home Scheme incentives.
The First Home Scheme is designed to help you bridge the gap between what you can pay (your deposit added to your mortgage amount), and the price of your new home.
Help to Buy is an incentive that allows you to claim a refund on tax paid in the previous four years to help towards paying the deposit on your new home.
